1. Eligibility for Refund
- This is a Series Fare – Non-Refundable & Non-Changeable.
- No Show refund is not permitted.
- Passenger names may reflect only 12–24 hours before departure on the airline website.
- DGCA policy is not applicable for Special Series bookings.
- All additional services / web check-in can be done only after the name is updated with the airline.
- Seats are chargeable – Web check-in must be done directly on the airline website using PNR & Last Name.
- GST details cannot be added in Series Fare bookings.
- Addition of any SSR (Special Service Request) is not permitted.
- It is the Travel Agent’s responsibility to ensure that the PNR has an “OK to Board” message for international journeys.
- Date & Time will be calculated as per the local time of the city/destination.
- In case a passenger is deported due to fake visa, illegal activities, or restricted entries, the Travel Agency will be liable to bear the deportation charges.
2. Refund Process
- Submit refund request through your account or contact support.
- Refund request will be verified by our team and airline.
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
