1. Eligibility for Refund

  1. This is a Series Fare – Non-Refundable & Non-Changeable.
  2. No Show refund is not permitted.
  3. Passenger names may reflect only 12–24 hours before departure on the airline website.
  4. DGCA policy is not applicable for Special Series bookings.
  5. All additional services / web check-in can be done only after the name is updated with the airline.
  6. Seats are chargeable – Web check-in must be done directly on the airline website using PNR & Last Name.
  7. GST details cannot be added in Series Fare bookings.
  8. Addition of any SSR (Special Service Request) is not permitted.
  9. It is the Travel Agent’s responsibility to ensure that the PNR has an “OK to Board” message for international journeys.
  10. Date & Time will be calculated as per the local time of the city/destination.
  11. In case a passenger is deported due to fake visa, illegal activities, or restricted entries, the Travel Agency will be liable to bear the deportation charges.

2. Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request through your account or contact support.
  2. Refund request will be verified by our team and airline.
  3. Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
